Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on every order within the United States.

Processing time
Every ornament is printed on demand just for you. Production takes 1–5 business days.

Delivery time
After production, standard shipping takes 3–9 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days from purchase.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Christmas delivery
For the best chance of receiving your ornaments before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5. Orders placed after that date may arrive after the holidays, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season.

Multiple items
Each ornament is produced and shipped individually, so orders with more than one ornament may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
